HOW DO I

ORDER?

Our online shop is now open and you can choose between our Seasonal menu & our preserves.

We do not have a minimum order and no delivery fees ( check our delivery areas).

Cut off for the Fridays delivery is every Wednesday and we will send a confirmation once we’ve received your order. If you have a specific dietary requirement we recommend making a note in the ‘order comments’ section at the checkout or contacting us in advance at info@sloekitchen.com

Deliveries  will be between 12/8pm on Friday, you will be sent an email/text letting you know a delivery slot the day before.

HOW DO WE

DELIVER?

In order to maintain social distancing and keep our team safe, we are operating with a very small team.

All our food is produced in our kitchen that conforms to strict hygiene standards and additional training and PPE has been provided in respect to Covid-19. We are keeping up with regular updates from Public Health England and the safety of you the customer and our staff is our utmost priority.

We ask that you allow your driver to deliver your goods ‘contact free’ for both your and their safety, please let us know if you have any specific requirements.

WHERE DO

WE DELIVER

We deliver to the following London Areas:

Westbourne grove, Portobello, Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate and Parts of Chelsea.

If you are not in the area we cover, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss. We might be able to get to you with an additional delivery charge.

ALLERGENS

Our allergen information is listed on our website but if you have a specific dietary requirement we recommend making a note on your order or contacting us in advance (info@thesloekitchen.com) so we can pass this onto the kitchen.

All food is delivered with allergens listed. For more information and to see if we can adapt your menu just email us. Please note that our kitchen handles all known allergens and while every effort is made to avoid cross contamination we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.

SHELF LIFE

All our fresh ingredients have a 4/5 day shelf, with the exception of fresh fish. Items listed on our website are suitable for home freezing; they should be frozen on delivery day for up to 6 months.

T’s & C’s

Payments are unfortunately non refundable in the event of cancellation.

Deliveries are left at customers own risk.

All orders are subject to availability of slots and specific requests will be based on availability.

NOTES

All our packaging will be biodegradable or compostable in keeping with our sustainability pledges.

All our produce is seasonal and organic.
